We want you to love your new loveseat, but if it is not the perfect fit for your living room, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and unassembled to qualify for a standard return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the loveseat from your order history to request a return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare for Pickup
Carefully disassemble the loveseat and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and cushions included to prevent damage during transit.

Once your return is approved, our specialized furniture freight partner will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside or in-home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
